    General Cleaning & Maintenance

    • Vacuum Regularly: Use a vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris from the fabric surface and crevices.

    • This helps prevent dirt from becoming embedded in the fibers.

    • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Position your furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and deterioration of the fabric over time.

    • Rotate Cushions: If your furniture has removable cushions, rotate and flip them regularly to ensure even wear and maintain their shape

    Spot Cleaning

    • Immediate Action: Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this can spread the stain or damage the fabric.

    • Cleaning Solutions: Use a mild, water-based upholstery cleaner or a solution of mild detergent and water.

    • Always test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause discoloration or damage.

    • Application: Apply the cleaning solution to a clean cloth and gently blot the stain. Do not saturate the fabric.

    • After cleaning, blot the area with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue, then blot dry with a dry cloth.

    • What this Warranty Does Not Cover

    • Normal wear and tear, fading, or sotening of cushions over time. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper cleaning.

    • Furniture used in commercial, rental, or non-residential setings. Accidental damage, including stains, cuts, burns, or pet damage.

    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
